This property was absolutely perfect. Beautiful place with everything we needed for our stay. Gorgeous sunsets.

A very clean well appointed studio with a wonderful view.The bed was comfortable as well as the lounge.
All plates/glasses and mugs were spotless. (not always the case in other places) Bathroom also clean and tidy. Laundry accessories were gladly utilised after a weeks stay elsewhere. manager also very helpful. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. That could be looked at in the future.Maybe the front downpipe could also be fixed. When it rains it cannot cope and overflows all of the time. Thats a building issue not a personal one.

The pictures represent exactly what you get! We loved this location. It was quiet, quaint and perfect for our vacation. The balcony has beautiful views of the Pacific. We saw whales and sea turtles everyday. The day bed is magnificent! The only thing I would change is the water pressure but that may be an issue for the entire complex or Maui in general.

This was our 1st visit to Maui and we enjoyed every minute! This was the perfect place to stay for a couple. We really enjoyed spending time out on the deck. Being right on the water was amazing!

Was a great place for a couple. The view was gorgeous since you are near the water. Watched a sunset every night from the lanai. Loved that it had AC. You don't need to leave the AC on long because it will cool down this studio unit fast. The only thing I wish it had was a a full length mirror. That way we could see ourselves and our outfits before heading out. A mirror in the living room space would be extra helpful so one person can get ready in the bathroom and the other in the main room. This studio was stocked with everything including a full function kitchen and super super clean!! The lanai is spacious and comfortable. Oh the bed here was super comfy too. You have a parking space right next to your unit and super easy parking!! It was nice to have access to a laundry room across the street so we could pack lightly coming to Maui. We stayed here after the terrible fire in Lahaina August 2023. All of the locals and businesses greeted us and thanked us a million times for coming. You will feel welcomed so please come and spend time in Maui. They need the tourism. I give this studio a 5 star review and would stay here again. It is romantic, quiet and relaxing.

The Hula Hideaway was sparkling clean, stylish, comfortable, and a breathtaking view. The studio had everything we needed for over a week stay, and more! Jill and her team pay attention to the smallest details and that is what puts their service over the top. We will be back!

We loved this home! It is a great, quiet residential area, but yet close to many restaurants and a short drive to Lahaina. The beaches and scenery in this are the best. The home is beautifully decorated and they have not missed a thing. The deck that sits 10 feet from the ocean is heaven. You will lose yourself on the daybed. We highly recommend this property.

Our kids gave us this trip for our anniversary! It was incredible! The condo is perfect, host has equipped it with everything you could possibly need! The Lanai is a dream! That view! We sat on the Lanai each morning and evening at sunset! Gorgeous! We saw sea turtles daily, whales diving our first evening! Very comfortable condo! It was a trip to remember! Thank you!

You will never want to leave the lanai. The perfect perch to watch daily turtle activity, sunsets and occasional paddle boarders and kayakers. We never needed air conditioning during our stay so we fell asleep every night with the sliding doors open listening to the sound of waves. The studio itself is set up nicely - with a comfortable king sized bed, attractive kitchen and bath as well as a sitting area with a large tv (although we never turned on the television). Quality cookware and utensils for food preparation. Plenty of towels for the week so we never had to do laundry. Very convenient parking right next to the stairs leading up to the apartment. Even though part of a complex - it felt very private - and quiet too (except for the sounds of the ocean). In an effort to keep this review completely honest, I have to mention that a couple of things in the apartment were malfunctioning during our stay. Possibly just a fluke but slightly annoying at the time. However, Jill and team acted quickly in an effort to make everything right. Highly recommend this comfortable studio with an amazing view.

It was such a great place to stay, right on the water we looked out on the ocean. It really worked for us as a couple. Bed was really comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed. We used the pool a few times and it was a great place to do some exercise, easily big enough to do lengths. It is not right in the heart of the action but for us that was an advantage. Highly recommended for couples.

Beautifully renovated property. View of ocean perfect! However, no water pressure. Impossible to get soap rinsed out of hair or body. Unit needs a good cleaning, not just wiped down. Bed uncomfortable with no support. Pool wasn't in working condition. A film with sticks and leaves in it. location a little sketchy.

We walked in to our unit and were greeted with an incredible ocean view sunset right off our balcony, just steps from the water. We had to pinch ourselves that were going to stay here for 3 nights!

The Hula Hideaway was the best part of our Maui vacation! The unit is so cute and clean and had everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed!). The lanai is sooo lovely and right on the water. We hated to leave!

The hula hideaway was just as described, beautifully decorated and well appointed, very clean, bed was comfortable, mornings and evenings watching the view from the lanai was breathtaking. Location was fabulous for seeing all there is to see on the west side of the island. We snorkeled with the sea turtles out front! We can’t wait to return!

Oh my goodness! Where to begin? The moment you walk through the front door you are completely mesmerized. The details in this adorable condo are superb. The comfort is unbeatable! The owner has thought of everything! We have been to Maui half a dozen times over past several years and this unit is by far my favorite! Everything is perfect and the view is like no other! This condo was perfect. Nicely decorated, extremely clean, and came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, umbrella. Saw sea turtles every day outside the condo. The bed was very comfortable as well. The location was quiet. We will definitely try to come back to this condo again for sure. Highly recommend!

This place was incredible and has everything you would want from your Maui vacation. From a responsive host to the gorgeous view, I give this place a 10/10.

Easy check-in and check-out process. Rental was clean and decor is vibrant, fun, and modern. Cannot beat the lanai view of the ocean. Plus the sounds of the waves at night are very soothing especially when sleeping. Will definitely stay here again if I am back in Maui.

Honu Hideaway 210 was like being in a paradise dream. The outside of the building had me a little hesitant, but the inside was indeed dreamy. Everything was clean and comfortable and well thought out. The lanai steals the show though. The comfortable chairs and daybed were a perfect place to watch whales, turtules, and amazing sunsets.
The only problem we encountered was the doorknow was loose and falling off. We found a screwdriver in the unit and fixed it no problem. Overall it was spectacular and I couldn't ask for anything better.

We arrived in Maui a few days ahead of schedule and luckily this brand new studio condo was available for a last minute stay. The entry access was easy and the initial new rental issues (missing pool key & coffee maker, a couple of bugs) were quickly addressed by Jill. The open plan studio design and color palette were unique, refreshing and well above the typical drab (brown) rentals, with furnishings and amenities which could accommodate two adults for a longer stay. The studio is on the top floor of the 2-story bldg. with a fantastic ocean view from almost anywhere in the unit. The spacious covered balcony was a real treat, with privacy to relax for meals, turtle and whale watching or just lounging outside during the rainy spells. The constant sound of the waves crashing below is one of the best reasons to stay here.

The unit comes with a full array of beach equipment and towels to spend days on the beach or at the pool. The condo could benefit from an in-unit washer and dryer to make longer stays much more manageable, but we can highly recommend Honu Hideaway for those who will appreciate a stylish getaway in this area of Maui.

We loved staying in Honu Hideaway 210. The place was super clean, impeccably decorated, and exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic and close to some great beaches. We loved sitting on the patio right along the water and seeing turtles daily just outside our room. The Hula Hideway rental company was great, very prompt, well organized, and easy to contact. The extra touches, such as beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, etc., really made this place outstanding. We will definitely come back!

We highly recommend this beach front vacation rental. Not only is it decorated better then the typical vacation rental (you won’t feel like you are missing your home), but it is immersed with the ocean sound/smells day and night. We loved sipping our wine watching the surfers, paddle boarders and sea turtles right from our beautiful deck! Can’t get any closer! The sunsets are so beautiful watching from the extra large covered deck. All the furnishings are very new and the bed is so comfortable. Everything was spotless when arrived. The kitchen includes all that is needed to prepare meals during your stay. The responsiveness from Hula Hideaways (Jill) was absolutely outstanding. My wife and I highly recommend this vacation condo and we can’t wait to return.
