Welcome to the 'Mahina Hideaway', a premier beachfront unit on the gorgeous west shores of Maui, half way between Lahaina/Kaanapali and Kapalua Resort areas. The Hale Mahina Beach resort (a small private beachfront complex with only 52 units) is just minutes from Maui's best golf courses, shopping, dining and the famous historic town of Lahaina. This direct oceanfront property is set among tropical gardens, a sandy beach, and lush green lawn that overlooks the ocean.
Unit B305 is freshly updated (February of 2023) with all new lighting, paint, ceiling fans, furniture, artwork, spacious king size bed, comfortable sleeper sofa, quality bedding linens, and a 65" smart TV in the living room (there is also a smart TV in the bedroom). Enjoy the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with sub zero, decor, and Fisher & Paykel appliances. The unit also has its own washer and dryer for your own private use.
You can access this third floor unit by elevator or stairs. Being on the third floor, you have sweeping ocean views from the private lanai. During whale season, you can watch them swim and play off shore while sipping your morning coffee. In the evening, you can enjoy the famous West Maui sunsets. Fall asleep to the rustle of the palm trees and the sound of the waves gently lapping on the beach below. Take the Tommy Bahama beach chairs straight out front and sit near one of the local turtles sunning themselves on the sand beach.
Take a dip in the oceanside pool, soak in the hot tub, or simply relax on the provided lounge chairs on the oceanfront lawn. There is also a BBQ area for your enjoyment, complete with tables and benches. The condo is well stocked and has everything you may need for your Hawaiian vacation including beach equipment, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ tools, and more. For your entertainment, there is a large HDTV with streaming capabilities, and free WiFi.

This place was amazing. Everything was as described in the description.
The condo is 100% ON THE BEACH. You literally can't get any closer. You can see the turtles swimming on top of the reef from the balcony. The grounds are kept to perfection.
There is actually really nice snorkeling if you just walk down to the beach right out front. We visited about 3 other places to snorkel and out front of our condo was the best.
The location was perfect. There are nearby restaurants and shops... but not so close you feel like you are in a resort.
The owner Jill was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of to answer all those pre-travel questions.
I would hands down stay here again.

We loved staying at Hale Mahina B305! It was just as described in the listing. Recently remodeled in great condition, wonderful location for seeing all Maui had to offer, and an amazing, private beach to explore and snorkel. We hope to return in the future.

We stayed here for two weeks for our 30th wedding anniversary. This condo was immaculate, with much attention to detail. We found the condo to be very clean and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The views were amazing and the sunsets were just stunning. There is no air conditioning but we managed just fine with the fans that were provided. There is a wonderful breeze and we also found that if we left the front door open (while we were in the condo), the cross breeze cooled the condo beautifully. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to the devastating wildfires in Lahaina. So very sad for the locals in this area affected. We pray for everyone and hope to be able to return in the future. We will definitely return to Hula Hideaway. Mahalo and Lahaina Strong!

We loved our stay and really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler made available for our beach day trip to black rock beach in Kaanapali Beach. We absolutely loooved that beach for its clear waters for snorkeling by the way & just a short drive away. We also loved that staying further north from the other touristy areas allowed us to see more of the Island. The only reason I gave this 4 stars was the lack of air conditioning. To be quite honest, a PTAC unit would make this place a hands down, 5 star rating. Our teenage boys appreciated that Vornado fan and it definitely helped.

What an amazing place- newly remodeled and so clean and comfortable. We were extremely happy with everything. Courtney, from the property management company was excellent. Check in information was so organized and detailed and they were quick to respond to anything we needed. Can't beat the ocean views, beach, and pool access just steps away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
